Sellick Partnership, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsic Group, has acquired a majority shareholding in Gleeson Recruitment Group, one of the UK’s leading independent recruitment and talent solutions businesses.
The move forms part of Samsic RH’s UK expansion strategy and will build on Sellick Partnership’s existing presence in the market, broadening the Group’s geographical coverage and specialist recruitment expertise.
Founded in 2011, Gleeson Recruitment Group has built a strong reputation across Executive Search, Interim Management, Transformation and Specialist Recruitment, supporting clients across Accountancy & Finance, Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement & Supply Chain, Sales, Property and Life Sciences through its Pharma Partners business.
With their head office in Birmingham and an additional 4 offices across the Midlands and South of England, Gleeson Recruitment Group also operates dedicated brands including GRG Executive Search, specialising in the appointment of C-suite executives and senior leadership talent, Gleeson Futures, focused on recruitment solutions for growth phases, and Pharma Partners, dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry.
The investment brings together two highly complementary businesses within the Samsic Group portfolio.
