Corporate Tax Advisory Manager / Senior Manager | Fully Remote
I'm currently working on a rare opportunity for a CTA-qualified Corporate Tax professional who enjoys technical advisory work and wants to move away from the constant cycle of compliance deadlines and business development expectations (there will be none)
This is a fully remote role with a salary of up to £80,000 base, focused on delivering high-quality advisory support across a broad range of corporate transactions and restructuring projects. The role is broad with current areas of interest within corporate reorganisations, demergers, MBOs, share schemes, SSE, tax clearances and EIS/SEIS work.
Examples of the work include:
🔹 Share-for-share exchanges and group structuring projects
🔹 Demergers and Capital Reduction Demergers
🔹 Group reorganisations and pre-sale restructuring
🔹 Hive ups, hive downs and intra-group asset transfers
🔹 Company Purchase of Own Shares transactions
🔹 Management Buyouts (MBOs)
🔹 Sales of businesses and subsidiaries, including (SSE) advice
🔹 Tax clearances
🔹 EMI and wider employee share incentive arrangements
🔹 Family Investment Company structures and succession planning projects
🔹 EIS and SEIS applications
🔹 Corporation tax advisory work covering areas such as losses, financing structures and associated companies
This would suit someone who enjoys getting into the technical detail, solving complex problems and working on transactions that genuinely impact businesses.
