I am sourcing an experienced Senior HR Business partner for a 12 month contract. This role will be hybrid working from either Manchester or Birmingham for a larger professional services organisation.
This is a true partnering role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, providing commercially focused people advice that drives performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness. You'll have the opportunity to influence decision making, challenge constructively, and help shape people strategy within a complex and evolving environment.
Working alongside specialist teams across Talent, Reward, Learning and Employee Relations, you'll lead on a broad range of people initiatives including talent and succession planning, organisational change, employee engagement, performance management and complex ER matters.
I am looking for someone who can quickly build credibility with stakeholders, use data and insight to inform decisions, and balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach when needed.
Senior HR Business Partner required skills
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within a complex organisation ideally with financial or professional services
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation
- Confidence managing complex employee relations matters
- Commercially minded with a data-driven approach leveraging in technology/AI
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
