The Role
You'll advise a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, investors and developers, across a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease negotiations
- Development work
- Real estate finance and refinancing
- Property support on corporate transactions
You'll enjoy early responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to manage your own matters while working closely with experienced partners on more complex transactions.
