- Oversee snagging, defect resolution and quality control
- Deliver structured handovers to Facilities Management, ensuring assets are fully operational and compliant
- Work closely with Facilities Management to manage scope thresholds and ensure smooth transitions
About You:
- Experience delivering property, construction or refurbishment projects in a client-side or consultancy environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations
- Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and H&S compliance
- Confident managing contractors and external stakeholders
- Highly organised, practical and delivery-focused
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
Desirable:
- Experience within industrial, logistics or multi-site property portfolios
- Professional qualifications (or working towards)
What's On Offer:

- Client-side role within a high-quality industrial and logistics portfolio
