As Organisational Development Business Partner you will build strong stakeholder relations across Senior stakeholders. From this you will understand where and how you can deliver relevant and focused OD solutions which will support Managers around organisational change to fully equip them with the skills to deliver and communicate change.
This will suit an experienced OD Business Partner who is curious and proactive in approach, with expertise in both leadership development and organisational development.
