Marketing Graduate / Marketing Executive

Walsall | 4 days office-based | 1 day from home

A brilliant opportunity to join a growing ecommerce business that's investing in the future of its marketing team.

We're looking for either a Marketing Graduate or an ambitious Marketing Executive who wants to develop a career within marketplace marketing. This is a role where attitude is far more important than experience. If you're passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn and want to become a specialist in one of the most in-demand areas of ecommerce, this could be the perfect next step.

No marketplace experience is needed. Full training will be provided by an experienced team who will support your development from day one.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you'll support the day-to-day management of online marketplace accounts whilst developing your knowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing.

You'll be involved in:

  • Supporting the management of marketplace accounts and day-to-day trading activity.

  • Creating and optimising product listings and online content.

  • Learning how to improve product visibility through SEO and marketplace best practice.

  • Assisting with digital advertising campaigns and analysing performance.

  • Maintaining product catalogues, imagery and brand content.

  • Producing reports and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Working closely with the wider marketing, design, purchasing and logistics teams.

  • Keeping up to date with ecommerce trends and continuously developing your specialist knowledge.

About You

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for marketing and a real desire to build a long-term career.

You'll ideally have:

  • A Marketing degree or experience in a marketing role.

  • A keen interest in digital marketing and ecommerce.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Good analytical skills and confidence using Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be within a commutable distance of Walsall, as this role requires four days a week in the office.

At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. We are proud to be a disability confident employer.
