The Opportunity
As Legal Director / Head of Commercial Property, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing an established and successful department. Managing a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, you will work closely with a broad client base while providing strategic direction and leadership to the wider team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring and developing the Commercial Property team
- Managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial property work
- Maintaining and strengthening key client relationships
- Supporting and driving business development initiatives across the firm
- Contributing to the department's growth strategy and long-term success
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to deliver exceptional client service
- Supporting the development and progression of junior lawyers and team members
- Playing an active role in the firm's wider leadership and management objectives

About You
