Solihull - 2 Days on-site per week
Salary - Up to £70k + Benefits
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to VP's and Heads of Department's, providing both strategic and operational HR support. You will partner with managers to drive performance, talent development, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, and change initiatives.
You will be comfortable balancing people projects with hands-on HR delivery and will thrive in a collaborative HR team.
As HR Business Partner you will -
- Partner with stakeholders around workforce planning, organisation design and capability development
- Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability and performance.
- Lead and support talent management activities, including succession planning, performance management, and career development.
- Support recruitment and retention strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive, inclusive culture.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on improving processes, systems, and employee experience.
As an experienced HR Business Partner you will have experience of working in an SME and enjoy a role which flexes across both strategic and operational HR.
