My client, a well established retail business with a strong DTC presence, is looking to recruit a Head of Digital Marketing.

This is a permanent Head of Digital Marketing position joining an established team reporting into the CMO. My client, a retail business with a strong market presence, is looking to scale it's DTC ecommerce business with this additional hire. This is an exciting time to join a business at an exciting time of growth.

The role will blend strategy and hands-on delivery. It will lead a small team and external agencies. The role will encompass campaign planning, management and reporting across the following channels:

  • PPC
  • Paid Social
  • Affiliates
  • SEO
  • Email

In addition, the role will lead on ecommerce performance, covering the following:

  • UX and CRO
  • Site Merchandising
  • Ecommerce trading

The ideal candidate for this Head of Digital Marketing position will possess a strong digital marketing and ecommerce skill-set with a demonstrable track record of delivering results. They will possess a broad digital channel mix and will have had oversight of conversion and trading performance. Additional requirements:

  • Data driven and analytic
  • Commercial, curious and keen to test-and-learn
  • Experience within retail (marketing) or other similar fast-paced consumer markets
  • People-management experience
  • A blend of strategy and delivery
