The Opportunity
We are seeking an outstanding senior leader to drive operational excellence throughout this organisation with the objective being to maximise the commercial performance of the UK entity.
As such, it requires someone with strong broad leadership skills who can influence and drive best activity across the entire leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across finance, operations, systems, governance and performance.
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to translate strategy into effective delivery.
- Lead organisational improvement, driving efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement - maintaining a key focus on commercial impact of any activity.
- Develop robust performance reporting, insight and decision-making frameworks.
- Champion portfolio planning, prioritisation and resource allocation.
- Ensure strong financial stewardship, governance and risk management.
- Contribute to organisational culture, capability and leadership as a member of the senior leadership team.
About You
- Qualified Accountant
- Significant senior leadership experience spanning finance, operations, organisational performance or business transformation.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across diverse business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships quickly.
- Experience of driving organisational change and improving systems, processes and ways of working.
- Commercially minded, strategically focused and comfortable operating in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently across the business
