An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a nationally recognised disputes practice with a strong presence across the UK. This award-winning team is known for handling complex, high-value commercial disputes for businesses, financial institutions and private clients, while offering a supportive and collaborative culture.

This role would suit a solicitor with circa 3+ years' PQE looking to take the next step within a highly respected commercial disputes team where exposure to quality work, client contact and career progression are all on offer.

The Role

Working as part of a well-established Commercial Dispute Resolution team, you will advise on a broad range of contentious commercial matters for a varied client base. The caseload is likely to include:

  • Complex contractual disputes
  • Shareholder, partnership and director disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Urgent injunctive and reputation-sensitive matters
  • High-value and strategically important commercial litigation

You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers while also being encouraged to take ownership of your own matters and develop strong client relationships from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied commercial litigation caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Advising clients on strategic dispute resolution matters
  • Drafting pleadings, applications and key legal documentation
  • Assisting on complex and high-value disputes
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives
  • Collaborating with colleagues across wider practice areas to deliver commercially focused advice

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
  • Experience gained within commercial litigation or dispute resolution
  • Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
  • Commercially minded with a client-focused approach
  • Comfortable handling complex matters within a collaborative team environment
  • Ambitious and keen to progress within a leading disputes practice
  • Interest in business development and relationship building
