Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
- This prize draw is organised and promoted by Gleeson Recruitment Ltd t/a Gleeson Recruitment Group, registered in England and Wales under company number 07732164, with its registered office at 8th floor, Edmund House, 12-22 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3AS (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the survey or prize draw.
- No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry
- To enter, participants must complete the Happiness at Work survey in full and provide valid contact details at the end of the survey.
- One entry per person. Multiple entries or entries made through third parties, agents, or automated means will be disqualified.
- Entry opens on [insert date] and closes at 23:59 GMT on [insert date] (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this will not be included.
- Entries from outside the UK will not be accepted.
4. Prize
- There are 10 prizes available. Each winner will receive a £100 Amazon.co.uk e-gift card.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize is available.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or other costs incurred by winners in relation to the prize.
5. Selection of Winners
- After the Closing Date, 10 winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using a computerised random draw.
- The draw will take place within 14 days of the Closing Date.
- Winners will be notified via the contact details provided within 14 days of the draw.
- If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner at random.
6. Delivery of Prize
- Amazon gift cards will be delivered electronically to winners’ email addresses within 28 days of winner confirmation.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the winners cannot accept the prize, if incorrect contact details are supplied, or if technical issues prevent receipt.
7. Data Protection and Survey Use
- Personal data supplied will be used only for the purpose of administering the prize draw and in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Aggregated and anonymised survey responses may be used in published research reports, business development activities, and promotional materials. Individual responses will not be identifiable without prior consent.
- Winners’ details will not be disclosed publicly.
- Personal details will be retained for 3 months after the prize draw closes for administrative purposes, then securely deleted.
- Participants can request removal of their personal data or exercise other data rights by contacting marketing@workwithglee.com
8. Limitation of Liability
- Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted due to technical reasons beyond its control.
9. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
- By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- The decision of the Promoter is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This prize draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
