This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a high‑performance site and scale it from 4,000 to 35,000+ orders per day - designing the systems, processes, culture, and physical flow needed to make that possible.
🔍 What this role involves:
* Leading and developing a large on‑site operations team
* Designing and optimising end‑to‑end workflows (receiving → dispensing → checking → packing → dispatch)
* Ensuring cold‑chain integrity and high‑value inventory security
* Driving throughput, reducing error rates, and improving SLAs
* Building automation‑ready processes and evaluating practical tooling
* Owning day‑to‑day performance across a fast‑moving, patient‑critical environment
* Creating a scalable operational model that can support multiple future sites

Someone who has scaled a fulfilment or distribution centre to 10k+ daily orders, thrives in complex live operations, and brings strong leadership in people management, process engineering, and UK parcel‑carrier logistics (DPD, Royal Mail, etc.).
