Interim Transactions Manager

Salary: 40 - 50k
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Transactions Manager to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and transactional finance operations during a key period of business transformation and growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys improving processes, leading teams and ensuring robust financial controls within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management functions.
- Drive operational excellence across all transactional finance activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts and reconciliations.
- Develop, motivate and support a high-performing finance team.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support month-end close activities and reporting requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across finance, operations and external partners.
- Assist with audits and ensure all documentation is maintained to a high standard.
- Provide insightful KPI reporting and performance analysis.
About You
- Proven experience managing transactional finance teams.
- Strong background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and cash management.
- Experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to quickly assess challenges and implement practical solutions.
