You'll join as a Trainee Finance Administrator, supporting the finance team with things like processing invoices, checking supplier statements, and handling queries. On top of that, you'll be the go-to person for general office support - from ordering supplies and greeting visitors to answering calls and sorting out ad-hoc admin. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the finance team with invoices, reconciliations, and supplier queries
- Helping with everyday office admin - supplies, visitor passes, and phone queries
- Getting stuck into different areas of the business - finance, sales, operations, and more
- Supporting the directors with ad-hoc admin tasks
- Building your confidence handling external calls and emails
- Taking on bigger responsibilities as your skills and confidence grow
