Territory Sales Manager - South East

We're looking for a high-energy, commercially focused Territory Sales Manager to join a leading B2B organisation in the automotive sector. This field-based role offers the chance to grow and manage a defined region, combining your proven sales expertise with your ability to build lasting customer relationships.

What you'll be doing:

  • Growing revenue by sourcing and winning new B2B accounts.
  • Developing and expanding relationships with existing customers to unlock new opportunities.
  • Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Taking ownership of regional profit & loss performance.
  • Presenting data, proposals, and insights using Microsoft and Google tools.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in regional or territory sales, ideally in the automotive sector, leasing or rental
  • Strong business development skills - able to get in front of decision-makers and close the deal.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Confident working with multiple accounts and varied customer needs.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
