Leicestershire base - 3 days per week on-site 2 Days WFH
As Talent Development Manager you will work collaboratively across your Talent and HR peers to further develop talent and performance reviews and processes, helping ensure robust and consistently calibrated succession planning. You will also facilitate and support management capability improvement.
As an experienced Talent Development professional you will be able to evidence creating and implementing a successful talent development programme, you will have a strong track record of building strong stakeholder relationships in order to understand what talent development needs are required. You will also have delivered Behaviour led change.
