We're partnering with one of the UK's largest commercial property companies, headquartered in Lancashire, and known for their forward-thinking and client-focused approach. With over 14 million sq. ft. of office, industrial, retail, and new build assets under management across the UK, the business operates through well-established Asset Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, and Projects teams. As a Senior Property Management Surveyor you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing a national commercial estate - collaborating closely with the wider team and contributing to best-in-class service delivery.

The Role

This role offers the opportunity to lead on a complex, evolving portfolio, managing a range of landlord responsibilities and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day property management of a national commercial portfolio
  • Oversee inspections, lease events, tenant liaison, and supplier relationships
  • Set and manage service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Coordinate with FM and H&S teams to ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Support asset management strategy and development handovers
  • Contribute to project oversight including refurbishments and capital works

About You:

  • Proven experience in commercial property management
  • Strong grasp of landlord & tenant law, lease negotiation, and service charge management
  • MRICS qualification desirable but not essential - relevant experience is key
  • APC support is available for those working toward chartership
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
