About the Role
We're seeking a commercially focused Senior Divisional Management Accountant to act as the lead financial partner for a key operational division within a national business.
This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders across operations and sales to drive business performance through accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and forward-looking financial planning.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for your division
- Own delivery of weekly and monthly P&L reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Provide insightful performance analysis, highlighting key variances vs budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Identify risks and opportunities, supporting operational improvements and cost control
- Partner closely with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making
- Prepare accruals and prepayments as part of month-end responsibilities
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required
- Travel to sites nationally to support and upskill non-finance stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a management accounting or finance business partnering role (typically 2-3+ years)
- Qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Strong Excel skills, comfortable working with large datasets
- Experience working with non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- A proactive and inquisitive mindset, with confidence to challenge
- Full UK driving licence
