We are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Senior Inventory Manager who will take ownership of inventory strategy, stock optimisation, availability, and operational performance across a large-scale distribution network.
This is a high-profile leadership role, offering the opportunity to drive inventory accuracy, improve service levels, reduce working capital, and influence key business decisions through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the inventory management function across multiple sites.
- Drive stock accuracy, availability, and inventory optimisation initiatives.
- Develop forecasting and replenishment strategies to support business growth.
- Manage inventory KPIs, reporting, and performance improvement plans.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Commercial teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and stockholding efficiency.
- Lead inventory-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Proven experience in a senior inventory, stock control, or supply chain leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Experience managing large SKU counts and complex inventory environments.
- Track record of improving inventory performance, availability, and stock accuracy.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change and deliver results.
