Sales Administrator
Location: Hybrid - 2 Days in Office | Crewe

The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join a growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting both customers and internal sales teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales process, maintaining accurate customer records, processing orders and documentation, and providing exceptional support to customers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team.
- Process customer orders, documentation and sales requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records using the company's CRM system.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Support the onboarding of new customers and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare reports and update internal trackers as required.
- Assist with quotations, sales administration and customer follow-up activities.
- Help organise customer meetings and maintain regular communication with key accounts.
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and compliant with company processes.
- Provide administrative support to other departments during busy periods where required.
Experience & Knowledge
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service, Sales Support or Account Support role.
- Experience working with both new and existing customers.
- Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar experience beneficial).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting a commercial or sales function.
- Previous experience working within a small or medium-sized business would be advantageous.
- Financial services experience is not required.

- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
