Residential Conveyancing Partner | West Midlands
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Partner to join a well-established regional law firm in the West Midlands.
This is a key leadership position within one of the firm's offices, with responsibility for leading and developing the residential conveyancing offering locally.
The successful candidate will inherit an established caseload, providing an immediate platform from which to build, whilst also having the autonomy and support to develop the department further.
The role:
* Manage an existing residential conveyancing caseload
* Lead and develop the residential property department within the office
* Build and grow a team around you
* Support and mentor junior members of the team
* Contribute to the wider strategic and commercial development of the office
* Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high-quality residential conveyancing service
About you:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Partner with a strong technical background and a genuine interest in leadership and business development.
You will ideally have:
* Significant experience in residential conveyancing
* The confidence to take ownership of a department and lead from the front
* A commercial and growth-focused mindset
* Experience mentoring, supervising or developing other lawyers
* Strong client management and business development skills
