About the Role:
This is a key leadership role, as the Registered Care Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations and commercial success of the "NEW" Radfield Home Care service launching in Cheltenham.

Your key responsibilities include recruiting, managing and developing the team, whilst championing compliance and delivering the highest quality of service. A full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this Registered Care Manager role.

The successful applicant will be required to enrol on a qualification in Level 5 leadership and management in care, at the end of a probation period, if they do not hold this already.
The role is based in Cheltenham, GL50 area.
