Are you an experienced Senior People Partner looking for your next opportunity within a collaborative, successful brand as a Regional People Partner?
Covering a region including Bedfordshire, London and Essex. 3 Days on a site and 2 days working from home per week.
Salary up to £90k + Benefits.
As the Regional People Partner you will work strategically with your Senior stakeholders at the different sites providing advice and guidance around Talent management, performance management, health and well-being, complex ER and workforce planning.
You will also lead around organisational design, restructuring and transformation.
As an experienced HR Business Partner you will be able to demonstrate your experience of working in a multi-sited, commercial environment across areas as detailed above. You will be have created strong stakeholder relations with SLT.
