HR Business Partner - Regional, Multi-Site
Full Time | Hybrid | 3 days per week across sites in Staffordshire, Yorkshire and North East England
£80,000 - £90,000 + Benefits

We're recruiting for a Regional HR Business Partner to join a well-established, people-focused organisation with a strong presence across the UK. The ideal candidate will be based within Staffordshire, Yorkshire or North East England and will need access to a car, as regular travel across the region is required. If you have experience supporting multiple sites within a complex organisation, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver effective people solutions that support business goals.
• Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance, engagement, and organisational change.
• Support talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, and learning initiatives.
• Lead investigations, disciplinary, and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Coach managers to build leadership capability and people management skills.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends, manage risk, and drive improvements.
• Promote an inclusive, high-performing culture and champion company values.
• Work collaboratively across the business to deliver key HR initiatives and projects.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused HR Business Partner who can build strong relationships, influence leaders, and deliver practical people solutions. You will have previous experience working across multiple sites in a generalist HR role and be confident operating in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment.
