Gleeson Recruitment Group are recruiting a Recruitment & Development Manager to join a progressive and forward-thinking SME business, that truly values its people.
As Recruitment & Development Manager you'll be instrumental in shaping the employer value proposition (EVP), career pathways, and learning frameworks, while ensuring our people practices are future-ready, inclusive, and aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand.
- You will design and implement innovative talent attraction strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- As Recruitment and Development Manager you will be responsible assessing training needs to develop comprehensive training frameworks that support capability building, ensure compliance, and foster leadership development.
- You will take ownership in the delivery of the People Strategy across the business in conjunction with the HR Director.
- You will have full involvement with delivering an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) framework and strategy
You will ideally be CIPD qualified, with a strong track record in recruitment, learning and development, or broader people-focused roles, having a strategic mind and practical, hands-on approach to implementation and measurable business impact.
