A leading regional law firm is looking to strengthen its established Property Litigation team in Birmingham with an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor at 5+ PQE.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work on high-quality and varied property disputes, with genuine autonomy, strong client exposure and the opportunity to further develop their career within a well-regarded regional practice.
The Role
You'll advise a varied client base including landowners, developers, businesses, investors and private clients across a broad range of property disputes, including:
- Commercial landlord & tenant disputes
- Boundary and rights of way disputes
- Possession and forfeiture proceedings
- Property contract disputes
- Restrictive covenants
- Easements and other land disputes
- Residential and commercial property litigation
You'll have the opportunity to run your own matters, work closely with clients and collaborate with the wider Real Estate and Disputes teams.
