Project Manager
Location: Nottingham (with regular, national travel)
Package: Competitive Salary + Annual Bonus + Private Healthcare
An ambitious, fast‑growing national leisure and entertainment operator is looking to appoint a Project Manager at a pivotal moment in its journey. With the business about to open its 300th site, this is an opportunity to join a projects team that is genuinely shaping the future of a growing UK estate.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, you'll take ownership of high‑profile capital projects across refurbishments, upgrades, acquisitions and new openings, playing a critical role as the estate continues to scale.
The Role:
- End‑to‑end delivery of multiple capital projects across a national portfolio
- Full responsibility for project planning, cost control, forecasting and reporting
- Managing contractors, consultants and suppliers as an extension of the in‑house team
- Driving projects from concept through to completion, on time and on budget
- Ensuring full compliance across planning, building regulations, health & safety and legislation
- Identifying, managing and mitigating project risks
- Working closely with operations, finance and senior leadership to support growth
- Providing project input for acquisitions, greenfield sites and expansion initiatives
About You:
- Proven Project Management experience in a multi‑site environment (leisure, hospitality, retail or similar)
- Strong commercial and cost management capability
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced business
- Hands‑on, delivery‑focused and solutions‑driven
- Excellent knowledge of H&S, statutory compliance and contractor management
