The role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects, engage with senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in supporting the organisation's ongoing growth and success.

Salary : £55,000
Location : West Midlands
Duties
- Lead and deliver multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project plans, timelines, deliverable, and success measures in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resources, implementing effective mitigation plans where required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and distribution partners.
- Provide clear and concise project updates to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the enhancement of project management and new product development processes.
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver successful business outcomes.
- Facilitate effective decision-making and problem-solving to ensure projects remain on track and deliver value.
- Ensure robust project governance and adherence to established best practices.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in Project Management within an engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
- Experience with Multiple / Large projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, building credibility and influencing individuals at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience managing project budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and deliverable.
- Experience with Continues improvement Process's
- Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile.etc.
