Job Title: Project Freight Coordinator
Locations: Bremen (Germany)
Salary: £50-£75,000
Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage global sea freight shipments, including export, import, and cross-trade logistics.
- Oversee medium- to large-scale logistics projects, ensuring efficient execution.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of transport orders.
- Process freight and customs invoices, prepare import/export documentation, and complete customs declarations.
- Organise and monitor global transport operations, managing customer orders from quotation to invoicing.
- Plan and coordinate oversized and heavy transport, including truck, rail, FTL, and LTL, securing necessary permits.
- Prepare cost calculations and quotations, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
Profile:
- Familiarity with export/imports handling and customs regulations
- Experience in project logistics
- Fluent in German & English
