Product Manager

Nuneaton | Hybrid Working | £45,000-£50,000
We are recruiting for a commercially driven Product Manager to join an established, market-leading consumer products business, taking ownership of its Mixer product category.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape product strategy, influence the roadmap and drive commercial performance, with the freedom to bring fresh ideas and identify opportunities for growth.
With approximately 70 products within the portfolio and a new range launching in February, the successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing category performance, identifying customer needs and developing a forward-thinking product strategy.

The Role

  • Take ownership of the Mixer product category, managing performance and the full product lifecycle.
  • Develop and deliver product roadmaps aligned with wider business objectives.
  • Analyse sales data, customer insight, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Identify areas for product innovation, range development and commercial improvement.
  • Lead new product development projects from concept through to launch.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Purchasing and Operations to deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification.
  • Support product launches, trading plans and ongoing performance optimisation.
  • Challenge existing thinking and bring new ideas to influence category direction.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded, proactive individual with a strong interest in product strategy, customer needs and business performance.
Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience in Product Management, Assistant Product Management, NPD or a related commercial role.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Experience contributing to product roadmaps, product development or project delivery.
  • The ability to interpret market data and translate insight into actionable opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to challenge ideas and influence decisions.

Experience within bathrooms, showers or consumer durables would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates from transferable product-led industries will be considered, including those looking to step up into a Product Manager position.

What's on Offer?

  • £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working following a four-month probationary period.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of a defined product category.
  • Genuine scope to influence product strategy and commercial performance.
  • Involvement in exciting new product launches and development projects.
  • Career development within an established, market-leading business.
  • Competitive benefits package.

This is an opportunity to join a recognised brand and make a meaningful contribution to the future direction and success of its product portfolio.
