We're working with an in-house organisation investing heavily in the future of private client services. As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Probate Case Handler to join a high-performing legal team.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that combines high-quality legal work with a modern, tech-enabled approach to service delivery.

The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to distribution, including more complex estates.
Alongside your own caseload, you'll play a key role in:
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies
* Working collaboratively with wider teams to enhance client delivery
* Supporting the ongoing development of a modern probate function

About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales)
* Minimum of one year experience in probate/private client
* Confident managing end-to-end estate administration
* Strong technical knowledge including inheritance tax and probate procedures
* An interest in innovation and improving how legal services are delivered
