The team is recognised for advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families on complex estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate matters. The Role
This is a broad and varied position offering hands-on exposure to a full spectrum of private client work. You'll play a key role in supporting fee earners and partners on a range of matters while developing your technical expertise and client-handling skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing new cases, monitoring emails, and keeping the case management system up to date.
Drafting a range of documents including wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trust deeds under solicitor supervision.
Acting as a first point of contact for clients - responding efficiently and accurately to queries by phone and email.
Assisting with gathering detailed information about assets, beneficiaries, and family structures.
Maintaining excellent file management, ensuring all digital and physical files comply with GDPR and firm procedures.
Liaising with colleagues across the team, attending meetings, and assisting with billing and time recording as required.
About You
Previous experience in a private client or similar legal support role is desirable.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to workload management.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality documents.
Confident communicator who enjoys client contact and building relationships.
A team player who thrives in a professional yet friendly environment.
