Are you an experienced People Director looking for a new opportunity?
Salary - 140k - 170k Euro's + Benefits
Amsterdam Office location - 2-3 days per week, then with quarterly travel to Nordics, France and Belgium.
As People Director you will lead a People team who are based across a variety of countries, and be part of the embedding of a new people and company operating model. As People Director you will work as part of the Senior Leadership team across your region and support the business around performance improvement, and cultural integration. Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team you will enable change across your region through the people agenda. The role will work closely with your Peers across the other regions.
As an experienced People Director you will be used to working across a high volume of locations (200 sites+) across a similar geography. You will have demonstrable experience of managing a large People team, delivering successful cultural integration aligned with performance improvement across a European remit. You will enjoy delivering the People agenda in a busy environment.
Experience of working in a Direct to Consumer business is essential, so may include Retail, Hospitality, Health-care experience.
