Amsterdam Office location with mainland European travel.
Reporting into the CPO, as People Director you will lead a People team and be part of a company wide change and transformation programme. The scope of the change will encompass organisational restructuring, SOP's, cultural change and performance improvement. Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team you will enable change across your region through the people agenda.
As an experienced People Director you will be used to working across multiple locations with multi-cultural experience. You will have demonstrable experience of delivering successful cultural integration aligned with performance improvement across a European remit. You will enjoy delivering the People agenda in a busy environment.
