Salary £50K - £53K + benefits, Nottingham (on-site parking), Hybrid (3 days in the office) Hours 09.00 - 17.00

Gleeson Recruitment Group, we are recruiting a Payroll & Reward Manager to be part of an onward growth journey with an inspiring SME business.
As Payroll & Reward Manager you will design and deliver a competitive and compliant Total Reward approach. In this role, you will cover pay, benefits, well-being, and payroll, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and great employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- You'll manage payroll operations, job evaluation, bench-marking, and reward analytics, while driving process improvements and automation through the HRIS.
- You'll oversee contracts with benefit providers, ensuring service levels, cost effectiveness, and alignment with employee needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to continuously improve benefit offerings.
- You will manage the delivery of pay, benefits, and well-being
The successful Payroll & Reward Manager will ideally be CIPD qualified, or have a reward specific qualification, with a strong track record with payroll processes. In addition, be competent managing benefit providers and understand reward compliance, including HMRC and payroll legislation.
