Property Paralegal | Oxfordshire

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Location: Oxford

Looking for an opportunity where you can develop your experience, work on quality matters and learn from experienced lawyers?

A highly regarded law firm in Oxfordshire is looking to strengthen its Property team with the addition of a Property Paralegal.

This is a great opportunity to join an established team advising a varied client base, including individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth clients. The firm takes a personal, relationship-led approach, with a focus on delivering quality work rather than operating in a high-volume environment.

The role

You'll work closely with experienced Property lawyers, supporting a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters. The role offers exposure to bespoke transactions and the opportunity to build your technical knowledge while taking an active role in the progression of matters.

Your work will include:

  • Supporting residential and commercial property transactions.

  • Assisting with acquisitions, disposals and property investment matters.

  • Working on landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease extensions.

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence.

  • Liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties.

  • Undertaking legal research and assisting with more complex matters.

  • Supporting the wider team with transaction progression and file management.

What they're looking for

The firm is open to hearing from Property Paralegals, Legal Assistants and experienced Conveyancing professionals looking for a new challenge.

You'll ideally have some previous property experience, a strong eye for detail and a genuine interest in developing your career within the sector. Just as importantly, you'll be organised, client-focused and keen to learn within a close-knit team.

Why consider it?

  • Quality over quantity: Work on bespoke matters rather than a high-volume, repetitive caseload.

  • Varied exposure: Develop experience across residential and commercial property work.

  • Experienced colleagues: Learn directly from established Property lawyers.

  • Interesting clients: Support matters for individuals, business owners and HNW clients.

  • Career development: Build a strong foundation for your longer-term career in Property.

If you're looking for a role where you can broaden your experience and develop within a quality-focused team, I'd be happy to have a confidential conversation.
