What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a team of 14 operations staff, creating a high-performing, positive culture
- Running one-to-ones, coaching, and developing your team to achieve their KPIs
- Taking ownership of performance, attendance, and team engagement
- Streamlining processes and spotting opportunities to make things run smoother
- Being the go-to person for problem-solving and escalated queries
- Reporting on team performance and driving continuous improvement
- Leading from the front - you'll be a hands-on manager, not stuck behind a desk!
