Operations Executive | 🕒 Part Time - 4 -5 Hours per day - Fully Remote

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a growing, professional business based in Birmingham who are looking to hire an Operations Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys bringing structure, improving processes, and playing a key role in the day-to-day running of a business that has grown organically and retained its team throughout that growth.

The Opportunity

You'll be joining at an exciting point, where processes are in place but need refining. The business is looking for someone who can take ownership of administration, support recruitment activity, and help introduce clearer structure and efficiencies across workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and managing employee timesheets
  • Processing invoices and supporting finance related duties
  • Supporting and coordinating offer letters and right to work
  • Managing onboarding for new starters
  • Following up on internal processes and workflow administration
  • Chasing client contracts
  • Managing and updating the company LinkedIn page, with posting approximately every two weeks
  • Arranging events and team socials
  • Organising meetings and travel

  • Strong administration and organisational skills

  • Confidence following, managing, and improving processes
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Professional communication style

Desirable:

  • An experienced Executive Assistant or Operations Administrator experience
  • Experience managing LinkedIn or business social media
  • Interest in process improvement or sustainability initiatives
