**Responsibilities Included**
- Act as a key member of the leadership team, shaping strategy, growth plans, and operational investment.
- Provide leadership to functional heads, setting strategic priorities, KPIs, and frameworks for each function.
- Elevate the Managed Service offering to ensure it is proactive, value-adding, and commercially sustainable.
- Monitor key delivery KPIs such as client satisfaction, utilisation, and profitability.
- Implement scalable frameworks and processes to support growth and ensure compliance across all teams.
**Skills and Attributes**
- Proven senior operational leadership experience in a consulting, professional services, or tech delivery environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving margin and scaling revenue.
- Excellent leadership and people development skills, with the ability to inspire through functional leaders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (BC/CRM) or similar ERP/CRM delivery environments is advantageous.
- Comfortable in a growth-stage business, strategically focused and adept at balancing operational quality with commercial pressure.
