Location: Warwick
Salary: £25,000-£28,000
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Our client is a forward-thinking, ambitious company are now seeking an organised and proactive Operations Assistant to join their collaborative operations team.

The Role
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency of day-to-day operations across the business. You'll support internal departments, liaise with suppliers, and help maintain the company's operational infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls and managing internal telephone systems
Coordinating incoming and outgoing post and maintaining general office areas
Ensuring the correct set-up and upkeep of office equipment and facilities
Managing suppliers, service contracts, and renewals
Assisting with billing processes, credit control, and issuing credit notes
Supporting the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
Coordinating office health and safety checks and liaising with the landlord on maintenance issues
Organising document storage and maintaining company procedures
Assisting with company events, social activities, and budget tracking
Supporting departments with general operational and administrative requests
- Assist the front of house team
Skills & Requirements:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Proactive in identifying and improving processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
