We are partnering with a highly acquisitive, multi-entity organisation embarking on a significant finance and business systems transformation programme. As part of its continued growth strategy, the business is seeking an experienced NetSuite Implementation Programme Manager to lead and support the successful implementation of NetSuite across multiple entities.

This is a high-profile contract opportunity for an individual who combines strong financial acumen with proven ERP implementation experience and the ability to work effectively with both finance and operational stakeholders.

The Role

Working closely with executive leadership, finance teams, external implementation partners and wider business stakeholders, you will take ownership of the NetSuite implementation programme from planning through to deployment and stabilisation.

You will act as the key bridge between finance, operations and technology teams, ensuring that the solution is delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end NetSuite implementation programme.
  • Manage relationships with implementation partners, consultants and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather, challenge and document business requirements across multiple entities.
  • Ensure finance processes, controls and reporting requirements are appropriately reflected within the solution design.
  • Drive project governance, risk management, milestone tracking and stakeholder communication.
  • Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing and go-live activities.
  • Develop adoption and change management strategies to maximise user engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for process standardisation and operational improvement across the group.
  • Support post-implementation optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience managing or supporting successful NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong financial literacy, ideally gained through working closely with Finance functions or possessing a finance qualification/background.
  • Experience working within complex, multi-entity and/or acquisitive organisations.
  • Demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into system and process solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at executive level.
  • Excellent project management and delivery capabilities.
  • Experience overseeing third-party consulting and implementation partners.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous involvement in ERP transformation programmes within Private Equity-backed, acquisitive or high-growth businesses.
  • Experience implementing finance process improvements alongside technology change.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite modules including Financials, Consolidation, Reporting and Multi-Entity Management.
  • Exposure to post-implementation optimisation and business intelligence solutions.

AI & Process Improvement

The organisation is keen to realise further value from its technology investment. As such, candidates who can demonstrate experience of leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to drive efficiency, improve reporting, automate workflows and enhance business processes following ERP implementation will be viewed particularly favourably.

What's on Offer

  • Opportunity to lead a critical transformation programme within a growing organisation.
  • Significant stakeholder exposure and influence.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Competitive day rate.
  • Potential opportunity to support wider digital transformation and AI initiatives beyond the initial implementation.
