Modern Workplace Solution Expert (Dublin)
We are partnering with a well‑established and growing technology services provider that is expanding its Modern Workplace capability. They are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Solution Expert to join a customer‑facing pre‑sales team, focused on meeting room, AV, and hybrid working solutions.
This role plays a key part in helping organisations transform how they collaborate, communicate, and use their workspace technology.
The Role
Working closely with Account Managers and delivery teams, you will engage new and existing customers to understand their business and technical challenges. You'll design, position, and present end‑to‑end Modern Workplace solutions, with a strong emphasis on AV, meeting rooms, and collaboration technology.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, capable of engaging confidently with senior stakeholders and articulating both the technical and commercial value of proposed solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre‑sales discovery sessions, workshops, and whiteboarding meetings
- Design and present Modern Workplace and AV solutions aligned to customer needs
- Advise on hybrid collaboration technologies including meeting rooms, digital signage, and wireless presentation
- Support AV and meeting room projects from scoping through to delivery
- Deliver demos, customer training, and user adoption sessions
- Work closely with vendors and partners to build scalable solution offerings
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and competitor solutions
- Contribute to the development of the Modern Workplace portfolio and strategy
About You
- 3+ years' experience in a pre‑sales, consulting, or solution design role
- Background in IT services, AV, or the technology partner/channel ecosystem
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, customer‑focused environment
- Keen to continuously develop technical knowledge and certifications
Location: Dublin (hybrid working)
Travel: Occasional customer site visits
