Merchandiser (Ecommerce) | Fast Growing Retail Brand | Coventry
We're working with one of the UK's fastest growing ecommerce furniture brands, looking to hire a commercially driven Merchandiser to support their continued UK and US expansion.
This is a high impact role where you will take ownership of stock flow, trading performance, and product decisions, working closely with Buying, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams to drive revenue and optimise performance.
The role
- Manage stock flow across UK and US markets, ensuring optimal availability
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform trading decisions
- Own product performance, making recommendations on pricing, promotions, and markdowns
- Collaborate cross functionally to deliver against trading plans
- Build strong supplier and internal stakeholder relationships
- Stay ahead of competitor activity and ecommerce trends
What we're looking for
- Experience in merchandising within retail or ecommerce
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Commercially driven with a passion for trading and product
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator across teams and stakeholders
