Marketing Manager - Professional Services
Location: West Midlands
Salary: c£55,00
A leading professional services firm in the West Midlands is looking for a motivated and hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of all marketing activity and help elevate the firm's profile across its key markets. This is a standalone, full-mix role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, shape the marketing plan, and deliver activity end-to-end.
The role
In this role, you will:
Own and manage the delivery of all marketing activity across the firm.
Plan and execute events, campaigns and marketing communications.
Manage the firm's online presence across website, social media and digital channels (including PPC).
Challenge traditional marketing approaches and champion the use of new tools and technology.
Create and manage the marketing budget, monitoring monthly spend and highlighting under/overspend.
Collate data, produce reports and provide insight to support decision-making.
Lead on directory and award submissions and manage key online reputation platforms.
Oversee website content and updates, ensuring it remains accurate, engaging and on-brand.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a law firm or wider professional services environment.
Can demonstrate a track record of delivering or supporting successful marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives.
Has experience organising and delivering events.
Is confident working with data, reporting and analytics, with strong attention to detail.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Is self-motivated, proactive and able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) would be beneficial.
