Performance & Go-to-Market Marketing Lead

We're working with a leading UK-based investment and asset management firm looking for a commercially minded performance and go-to-market marketing lead. This is a senior role at the intersection of fundraising, brand positioning and deal origination, with responsibility for shaping and executing data-driven marketing strategies that support growth across private markets.
You'll:
Lead go-to-market plans to drive brand visibility, investor engagement and pipeline conversion
Own the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics, attribution) and optimise workflows
Develop content-led funnels to support fundraising and deal origination cycles
Build attribution models to evidence marketing's impact on growth and investor touchpoints
We're looking for someone with experience in performance/growth marketing (ideally VC, private markets, or complex B2B) who can combine analytical rigour, content strategy and commercial mindset to deliver measurable results.
