Gleeson are partnering with a long-established business in the manufacturing/FMCG sector, looking to bring a talented Management Accountant into their growing finance function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role with real visibility across the operation, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Whether you're qualified or part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA), if you bring strong management accounting experience and a commercially curious mindset, we want to hear from you.
The salary offering for this role is between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on expereince and qualifications.
What you'll be doing:
End-to-end ownership of weekly and monthly financial reporting
Full P&L oversight, including variance analysis and commentary
Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
Business partnering across key operational teams
Presenting financials to non-finance stakeholders, driving clarity and challenge
Line management of one Assistant Accountant, with scope to develop them
Supporting the wider SLT with data-driven decision making
What we're looking for:
CIMA / ACCA qualified, or working towards
Proven experience in management accounting within a product-led or fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
Comfortable managing reporting deadlines and tight month-end schedules
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Bonus if you have:
Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or food production
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
