Salary: £30,000
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing day-to-day office operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling general enquiries.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and events.
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace for the team.
- Supporting the placement of stock and supply orders.
- Liaising with our warehousing partner to manage inventory levels, track stock, and coordinate deliveries.
- Coordinating and dispatching product samples to prospective customers, influencers, and partners.
- Managing sample requests to ensure they are fulfilled promptly and professionally.
- Assisting with invoicing ensuring accurate transaction records.
- Providing administrative support to the finance team, including billing and payment tasks.
- Responding to customer enquiries via our -linked website.
- Handling queries related to products, orders, shipping, and returns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Experience with Shopify is advantageous but not essential.
- Keeping the office well-organised and fully stocked.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks across teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Supporting and attending sampling events alongside the team.
- Assisting with event planning, preparation, and on-the-day coordination.
- Representing the brand in a professional and engaging manner
