🎨 Junior Graphic Designer (NPI / Product Focus)
Location: Widnes (5 days per week on-site)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
We're looking for a proactive Junior Graphic Designer to join a friendly, collaborative in-house creative team, supporting the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for a fast-growing, innovative brand.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior or early-career designer who enjoys detail-led work, wants to build strong foundations in print and product design, and is keen to learn across a wide and evolving product range.
What you'll be doing:
Creating and amending artwork for packaging, datasheets, user manuals, labels and rating plates
Producing and updating catalogues, line cards and website assets
Ensuring all artwork is accurate, on-brand and print-ready
Supporting NPI projects from concept through to launch
Managing multiple tasks and handling last-minute changes calmly
Uploading and maintaining product manuals and datasheets on the website
Working closely with senior designers and wider teams
What we're looking for:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Some experience preparing artwork for print and digital
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
